Display Stands and Free Rentals

Nomadic will supply display equipment and graphics at a reduced price and free rental equipment to the Organiser during the course of the relationship.

Additional Benefit

Nomadic will supply free hire equipment to ‘the Organiser’ twice a per annum or up to a maximum rental retail value of £1000, during the course of the Agreement. Whilst the following terms apply, Nomadic will be as flexible as possible in order to cater for ‘the Organiser’s’ needs:

  • The equipment can only be chosen from the Nomadic Rental Inventory and will be subject to availability.
  • Reasonable limitations of equipment quantities may need to be applied.
  • Nomadic requires a minimum of 2 weeks notice of any hire.
  • A Hire Agreement must be signed in conjunction with any hire and it will be marked as FOC.
  • All hire periods must be for a maximum of 1 week.
  • If graphics are required they must be purchased from Nomadic and will be subject to a 15% discount on RRP.
  • ‘the Organiser’ will pay for collection and delivery of the hire goods, although Nomadic Display can arrange this.

  • Nomadic Display markets and sells to companies throughout the UK. We have an active customer base of over 10,000 customers and their marketing activities already include proactively marketing to lists of exhibitors gained from list brokers.
  • Nomadic Display UK has a Sales Team of 22 covering the UK.
  • Nomadic Display out-sources their Telemarketing function that focus on gaining appointments for the sales force.
  • Nomadic has two showrooms located in Birmingham and at their HQ in Isleworth, Middlesex.
