1. Look for Exhibition Stand Designs with Features You Like

To start, it's helpful to browse the database of stand designs for ideas. You can set "display size" to view only the size you’re looking for, or you can browse all kits to look for ideas to consider for application into your custom display solution. You can also search by product line and / or design features with the "advanced search" option .

2. Add the Stand Designs You like to Your Favourites

You have the option of adding and removing exhibition stand designs from the Favourites page. This allows you to browse first then narrow your selections later. Display designs can be added to your favourites page at any time. Selections can be deleted with a click of a button so that only the favourites you want to keep remain.

Select display designs with styles or features you like, then use the comment box in the design request to explain the custom function and attendee experience you’d like to accomplish. Drawing from a pallet of Nomadic products, finishes, colours and industry materials and accessories, Nomadic designers work to generate a design that meets your custom display needs and provides the attendee experience you’re after.

NOTE: Nomadic encourages "could you" questions. We often customise using different materials, custom shapes and other specialized industry products to achieve a specific exhibition solution. If you have an existing idea our designers are skilled at transforming your stand concept into an attractive efficient custom Nomadic Display solution. Talk with your sales consultant for a complete understanding of your custom display options.

Remember, there are many finish, colours and graphic options available to tailor any design to your identity and marketing message.

3. Consider Additional Costs

Purchasing a new exhibition display involves more than just the cost of the display. To understand other important factors consider the following:

  • Audio/Visual. Many Nomadic Display designs show plasma TVs and flat panel monitors, However AV is not included in the estimated price exhibitors generally bring their own AV equipment or hire AV equipment from the onsite vendor in order to have onsite tech support.
  • Flooring & Electrical. You have the option to purchase flooring or hire carpet from the exhibition. Whichever you choose consider how you will get power to all places required in the stand space, whether it is handled overhead or under a raised floor or carpeting, make sure you understand how much power is required and how it will be concealed.
  • Freight. Freight costs are largely based on the size and weight of your stand cases or crates. The cost to ship heavy displays can exceed the purchase cost after a modest number of exhibitions, so be sure to factor freight costs into your exhibition stand purchase decision. Display systems in general are lighter than custom stands, however one system design can be much lighter than another. Other factors can also effect the actual cost such as special delivery fees to convention halls and hotels as well as fuel surcharges and driver waiting time during delivery and\ pickup. Nomadic provides freight estimate that is based on the weight and average conditions.
  • Labor. Let your display consultant know if you would like a labour estimate included in your proposal.

4. Submit your Display Design Request

When you send a design request it goes directly to customer service where it is forwarded to the appropriate display consultant. A display consultant will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your needs and begin working with you, and the design staff, on a comprehensive design / services proposal for you.

If your need is more immediate you can call the toll free Customer Service number to discuss your needs with a customer support specialist.

5. Discuss Details and Options with a Sales Consultant

Your display consultant is experienced in guiding you thru the decisions and details involved in the purchase experience. They can discuss the advantages and disadvantages between the designs, graphics and services offered. Your display consultant works to fully understand your exhibition needs and to generate a proposal tailored to you.

6. Get your Nomadic Design Proposal

Providing a drawing with a quote is standard for Nomadic Display. This proposal is generated once your display consultant has all the design parameters and service preferences from you. The quote and drawing are the designer’s best idea of what will meet your stand marketing needs. Second revisions are common to refine and hit the solution target.

7.Lock in Your Nomadic Display Order

The purchase contract is only binding when you sign the final display proposal. Until then your Nomadic representative is working to earn your business at no obligation. Signing the proposal locks your display order in the production schedule, so planning ahead is the best way to insure your display is available for your event dates.

8. Pay for Your New Nomadic Display

Payment for your display usually involves a deposit or payment in full. Discuss the terms and conditions with your display consultant.
