1. Browse Database to Find Designs that Closely Meet Your Needs.

To start, simply browse the selection of exhibition display designs. You can set the size lookup to view only the display size you're looking for, or you can browse all display designs in case there are exhibition stand ideas you'll like to consider. You may also search by product line and / or design features with the "advanced search" option .

2. Browse Add-on Designs to Find Add-ons You'd Like to Consider

Once you settle on an exhibition stand design, browse the add-on designs to see add-on options. Clients often prefer the look or function of one exhibition counter over another or one workstation over another. You can add, replace or remove add-ons to easily modify exhibition display designs to meet your specific needs. When browsing you can set the type of add-on to view only the type of add-on looking for.

3. Add Preferred Designs and Add-ons to Your Favourites

You have the option of adding a number of preferred display designs to a Favourites page. This allows you to browse first then narrow your selections later. Any design, can be added to your favourites page. Any display design can be deleted with a click of a button leaving only the favourites you want to keep.

NOTE: You can submit a stand design request directly from the favourites page, or from any design detail page. Or you can include designs as a reference to help define a modification you would like to make.

4. Select the Design(s) and or Add-on Designs(s) to integrate

Once you have a short list of potential display designs on the favourites page you can compare their appearance features and price, to determine which display fits your image and needs best. At this point you can remove all the other candidates from the favourites page, before clicking "send."

Remember, you have many finish, colours and graphic options available to tailor any design to your identity and marketing message.

5. Consider Additional Costs

Purchasing a new exhibition display involves more than just the cost of the display. To understand other important factors consider the following:

  • Audio/Visual. Many exhibition stand designs show plasma TVs and flat panel monitors, however AV is not included in the estimated price. Exhibitors generally bring their own AV equipment or hire AV equipment from the show vendor in order to have onsite tech support.
  • Flooring & Electrical. You have the option to purchase flooring or to hire carpet from the exhibition. Whichever you choose consider how you will get power to all places required in the booth space, whether it is handled overhead or under a raised floor or carpeting, make sure you understand how much power is required and how it will be concealed.
  • Freight. Freight costs are largely based on the size and weight of the display cases or crates. The cost to ship heavy exhibition displays can exceed the purchase cost after a modest number of exhibitions. Be sure to factor freight costs into your purchase decision. Exhibition stand systems in general are lighter than custom exhibits, however one stand system design can be much lighter than another. Other factors can also effect the actual freight cost such as special delivery fees to convention halls and hotels as well as fuel surcharges and driver waiting time during delivery and pickup. Nomadic provides freight estimate that is based on the weight and average conditions.
  • Labour. Let your sales consultant know if you would like a setup and dismantle labour estimate included in your proposal.

6. Submit Your Exhibition Stand Design Request

When you send a design request it goes directly to customer service where it is forwarded to the appropriate display consultant. A display consultant should contact you within 24 hours to discuss your needs and begin working with you, and the design staff, on a complete exhibition stand design and services proposal.

If your need is more immediate you can call the toll free customer service number to discuss your needs with a customer support specialist.

7. Discuss Details and Options with a Sales Consultant

Your display consultant is experienced in helping you thru the decisions and details involved in your purchase experience. They can discuss the advantages and disadvantages between the designs, graphics and services offered. Your exhibition display consultant works to fully understand your needs and to generate a comprehensive proposal tailored to you specific needs.

8. Get your Nomadic Design Proposal

Providing a display drawing with each quote is standard for Nomadic Display. This is generated once your display consultant has all the design parameters and service preferences from you. The display proposal is simply our designer’s best idea of what will meet your needs. Second revisions are common to refine and hit the solution target.

9. Lock in Your Exhibition Stand Order

The purchase contract is only binding when you sign the final display proposal. Until then your Nomadic representative is working to earn your business at no obligation. Signing the proposal locks your display order in the production schedule, so planning ahead is the best way to ensure your display is available for your exhibition dates.

10. Pay for Your New Nomadic Display

Payment for your exhibition stand usually involves a deposit or payment in full. Discuss the terms and conditions with your sales consultant.
